Not Covered by Warranty:
✔ Plastic and Wearable Parts
✔ General Wear and Tear and normal deterioration such as: gaskets, filters, grinder burrs, plastic parts such as bean hoppers, etc.
✔ Issues caused by water damage from poor water quality which can result in scale build up.
✔ Any damage caused by an accident, misuse or abuse, not performing necessary maintenance and/or cleaning, faulty installations, mishandlings, damage during shipment, line power shortage, line power surge or anything external that may have caused damage.
✔ Using the product outside of what it was intended to do.
✔Using non-original parts to do repairs on the product.
✔ Any service from any third party will void the warranty. This includes onsite labor or at a third party facility.
✔ Will not cover expedited shipping costs to perform repairs or shipping costs after the first 30 days.
Returns:
✔ At Kitchen Appliances Pro we work with many of the top brands in the industry. We want YOU to be happy. That's why we have a hassle free 30-day return policy on most of our products.
Exceptions Include:
✔ La Pavoni Home Machines – 7 Day Return Policy – restocking fee varies if there is damage.
✔ La Pavoni Commercial Machine sales are final with 1 year base warranty. Please contact us about purchasing additional warranties.
✔ Nuova Simonelli Commercial Machine sales are final with standard warranty & upgraded warranty options available.
✔ Note: If any damages or issues occurred during the shipping of your product we will work with you to replace the unit.
Order Confirmation:
✔ Once you have completed the checkout using your preferred payment method, an order confirmation will be sent to the email included in the order details. You can opt to receive a SMS message by including your cell phone number.
✔ After you have placed your order, we will authorize payment and reserve your unit.
✔ If there are any issues regarding the order - one of our associates will contact you immediately to resolve.
Cancellations and Refunds:
